Registration & Payment

All participants are requested to complete registration with full payment by July 31st, 2026.

2. Follow the instructions and pay the registration fee via the payment site.
The registration fee is 1,000 AUD (tax included).

Hotel Booking and Payments 

During FLA-5, there will be a significant amount of time and many conference activities for free discussion and networking as arranged in the technical program. To make your time effective and logistics smooth, we strongly request that you stay at the FLA-5 venue/ Hotel Grand Chancellor, Hobart. 

All participants are requested to book their accommodations directly with the hotel by August 31st, 2026.

Hotel Booking

Room rate of Hotel Grand Chancellor, Hobart December 11-20, 2026:

• City Side Room $260.00 incl. 1 breakfast per room / $280.00 incl. 2 breakfasts per room 

• Harbour View Room $310.00 incl. 1 breakfast per room / $330.00 incl. 2 breakfasts per room

The current room rates and room availability are only guaranteed before the deadline.
The special discounted rate is applicable only for stays checking in December 11 and checking out by December 20.For any other period, you will need to make your own reservation arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of individual bookings must be received in writing. Cancellation of room nights within 7 days will incur the full accommodation amount.
